Kirthi Teja, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2. 2. Sri K. Kirthi Teja, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 submits the Written Instruction furnished by the Managing Director, Swachha Andhra Corporation, dated 24.09.2025. Copy of the Written Instruction is also furnished to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. This Written Instruction is taken on record. 3. Para No.4 of the Written Instruction would indicate that the Bid of the Writ Petitioner is being treated as ‘Responsive’ in respect of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) 1%. The present Writ Petition is filed by the Writ Petitioner with regard to the non-acceptance of the Bid due to non-deposit of the Earnest Money. Since the Respondents have already processed evaluating the Technical Bid of the Writ Petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that no further consideration is necessary. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of by clarifying that except the condition of the Earnest Money Deposit, the Writ Petitioner shall be subject to all other conditions. 4. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 5.
