4. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Raipur District-Raipur (C.G) vide his request letter dated 12.06.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial.

Several earnest efforts have been made by the competent Court to secure the presence of the accused, including issuing a notice to the Director General of Police, Chhattisgarh, Raipur, directing him to execute the warrant of arrest against the accused. However, despite these efforts, the warrant has been returned unexecuted due to the accused having left his residence along with his wife and children, and his present whereabouts being unknown. As a result, due to the absence of the accused, the trial Court not proceed further hence, the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some more time.
