Vashisht, Advocate. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record office communication dated 14.10.2025 and on that basis submits that due and admissible Death-cum- Retirement Gratuity as also the Leave Encashment has been paid to the petitioner. That only interest component on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits remains to be paid. Learned counsel further submits that due and admissible interest shall also be released in petitioner’s favour within six weeks from today. 2. Learned vice counsel appearing for the petitioner acknowledges the above position. 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 In view of above, the present execution petition to stand disposed of. Respondent is directed to release due and admissible interest to the petitioner within six weeks from today, i.e. by or before 02.12.2025. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
