The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Criminal Case No.749 of 2024 (State vs. Rahul Kushwaha and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 329 of 2023, under Sections 420, 506, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Shikohabad, District- Firozabad, pending in the court of ACJM-II, Shikohabad, Firozabad. 3. After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Arun Kumar Srivastava, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present bail application with liberty to the applicant to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 4. In view of the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the concerned court and file regular bail application, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
