The Court stands informed that the Principal judgment, on the basis of which, the present petition was disposed of stands assailed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the Hon’ble Supreme Court has been pleased to stay the contempt proceedings arising therefrom pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. In the backdrop of this fact, this Court is of the considered view that interest of justice demands that this Court should await the outcome of the proceedings of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
