None for respondents No.2(a), 2(c), 2(e) and 2(g). Time for effecting service upon respondents No.2(d) and 2(f), is being sought since 03.12.2024. Subsequent to the aforesaid date, the matter was listed before the Addl. Registrar (Judicial) on numerous dates. None had appeared on behalf of the appellant before the Additional Registrar (Judicial), on the said dates. In the aforesaid facts and attending circumstances, let steps for the service of unserved respondents No.2(d) and 2(f), be taken within a week. On taking such steps, issue notices to them, returnable within four weeks. It is made clear that if no steps are taken in the aforesaid period, then the matter shall be dismissed for non-prosecution without any further reference to this Court. (Bipin C.
