With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Sanskrit) at Government Middle School Gatlog, under complex GSSS Bogdhar, Education Block Nohradhar, District Sirmour, stated to be a hard area. Yes. 2 completion of normal tenure of posting in the hard area, the petitioner preferred a representation on 04.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2 seeking transfer to a place of his preference. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided by the competent authority till date. 4. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
