It is further stated that, to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the Petitioner in the vicinity, suspect sheet was opened against the Petitioner. 3. Sri I.M.S.Prakash, learned counsel for the Petitioner, would submit that, no cases are pending against the Petitioner. '' /V 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned Suspect Sheet vide C.No.03/SUSPECT-SDOC/2020, dated 21.05.2020 of Chirala Rural P.S., Prakasam District against the Petitioner is hereby set aside.
