While the present petition challenges a notice issued by the City Survey Superintendent, Kuchchh at Bhuj dated 21.04.2025 inter alia with regard to an alleged encroachment by the petitioner, it is submitted by learned Government Pleader that the City Survey Superintendent is present in the Court and whereas, copy of an undated communication of April, 2025 is tendered whereby it is informed that the C/SCA/6021/2025 ORDER DATED: 28/04/2025 impugned notice has been withdrawn. 3. Considering the same, the communication is taken on record. The petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous. If any further steps are taken by the State Officers as regards the alleged encroachment by the petitioner, the same being a fresh cause of action, it would be open for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy under the law.
