GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 25184 of 2025 ORDER: Succinctly, the present writ petition is filed to direct the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation, dated 19.07.2025 filed for mutation of the petitioner’s name in the revenue records (online web) in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.6.58 cents in Survey No.17/1A and Ac.1.74 cents in Survey No.17/2 of Venkatanagaram Village, Addateegala Mandal, Alluri Seetharama Raju District. 2. The learned State Counsel has placed the written instructions dated 11.09.2025 addressed by the Tahsildar(FAC), Addateegala. As seen from the written instructions (part of record), it manifests that the petitioner’s mutation application No.MUT250719018397 was rejected and an endorsement with appeal provision was issued vide Ref.B.213/2025, dated 11.09.2025. A copy of the same was served on the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bench. 3. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive, and hence, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
