No. 326 of 2024 in M.C. No. 86 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nellore District. 2. By the said order, the learned Family Court has directed the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs.20,000/- per month towards interim maintenance to the respondent. As on date, the petitioner is in due of a total sum of Rs.6,40,000/-. It is an admitted fact that the petitioner has not paid any amount to the respondent in compliance with the directions issued by the Family Court. 3. Upon a perusal of the record and having regard to the submissions made, this Court does not find any valid grounds to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
