Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first to sixth respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the sixth respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No. 299 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 506(1) of IPC, and that the investigation is pending. 4.
