A limited prayer has been made in this writ petition for issuing directions to the Rent Tribunal, Kota, to decide the application filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Rent Control Act, 2001 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act of 2001”) within a time frame. 2. Contents of the writ petition indicate that the application under Section 9 of the Act of 2001 was submitted by the petitioner against the respondents before the Rent Tribunal, Kota in the year 2013, when the matter was not proceeded expeditiously, hence, the petitioner approached this Court seeking direction for expeditious disposal of the said petition. 3. Looking to the limited prayer made in the instant writ petition, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with direction [2025:RJ-JP:20094] (2 of 2) [CW-9588/2016] to the Rent Tribunal to decide the application (pending if any) expeditiously as early as possible, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
