Counsel for the Petitioner; 1.CH JAYANTA RAO Counsel for the Respondent(S): 1.GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondent No.3 in considering the petitioner’s application filed under Section 6A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short, ‘the Act’), vide application No.MUT250312062110, dated 12.03.2025 and in issuing pattadar passbook in favour of the petitioner to his agricultural land, admeasuring Ac.0.70 cents in Sy.No.140-2D of Inkollu Village and Mandal, Bapatia District, as illegal, arbitrary and unlawful, violation of principles of natural justice, and consequently, prayed to direct the respondent No.3 to dispose of the petitioner’s application filed under Section 6A of the Act. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has not opposed significantly for disposal of the application filed by the petitioner under Section 6A of the Act. 2. Hence, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition with a direction to the respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Inkollu Mandal, to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner under Section 6A of the Act, as expeditiously as possible, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 4. 4 As a sequel thereto, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any shall stand closed.
