GP FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION (AP) 2 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: “….to issue, a Writ, Order or Orders more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus declaring the Impugned Proceedings R.C.No.1544/A1/2017, dated 27.05.2017 issued by the 1st respondent in so far as appointing the 5th respondent as Incharge District Coordinator, Andhra Pradesh Open School Society, Ongole, Prakasam District as illegal, Null and Void and consequently, direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as District Coordinator, Andhra Pradesh Open School Society, Prakasam District in terms of G.O.Rt.No.1214, dated 12-08-1997, with all consequential benefits, by holding the action of the respondents in not considering the applicant's claim for appointment as a District Coordinator, Andhra Pradesh Open School Society, Ongole, Prakasam District and further posting the 5th respondent who is not eligible and qualified as District Coordinator as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and subversive of Articles 14, 16 of the Constitution of India…..” 2.
