The present appeal is filed against the judgement and order dated 12.09.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, Saharanpur in Sessions Trial No. 920 of 2000 (State Versus Naseem). 2. Perused the office report dated 14.03.2024 based on the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haridwar, dated 07.02.2024. According to which, the sole appellant Naseem died on 10.06.2023. Alongwith the report, the statement of his younger brothers, namely, Haseen and Mohatsim have been annexed, wherein, they have stated that the appellant Naseem died on 10.06.2023 in S.N. Hospital Agra who was confined to Central Jail Agra on that point of time. The statement of Sub Inspector Sanjay Puniya, Police Station Jhabreda, District Haridwar has also been submitted. 3.
