ANJARIA) While passing order dated 08.04.2025, it was recorded by way of a statement made by learned Additional Government Advocate Mr.Naveen Chandrasekhar that the endorsement was issued by the competent authority which was in compliance with the directions passed by learned Single Judge. 2. By order dated 27.10.2023, learned Single Judge directed consideration of the application filed by the petitioner at the hands of respondent No.3 in accordance with law within stipulated time. 3. The endorsement now figures on record, filed along with the compliance memo. The said endorsement dated 17.03.2025 - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:16559-DB CCC No. 921 of 2024 provides that the claim of the petitioner is rejected as application for Form 7A under the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, 1961 was not filed within the prescribed time. 4. The above endorsement marks consideration of the application of the petitioner. Therefore, the direction is complied with. 5. The contempt proceedings does not survive. They are accordingly disposed of. However, it is clarified that the complainant is at liberty to challenge the aforesaid endorsement dated 17.03.2025 in independent proceedings in accordance with law, in respect of merits of which this court does not express any opinion.
