Since the matter is heard and decided finally, as such, default pointed out by the Registry is ignored. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the order dated 29.08.2017 (ANNEXURE P/1) passed by respondent no.3 and direct the respondents to provide reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential service benefits. 10.2. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation dated 19.11.2024 (ANNEXURE P/5) made by the petitioner within stipulated period in accordance with law. 10.3. Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may kindly be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there lies an appeal as an alternative remedy, however, he has not availed the same, therefore, he seeks prayer to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate authority. He further prays that the authority may be directed to decide his appeal which he is going to be filed within some stipulated time. 4. No objection from other side. 3 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is granted liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal before the competent authority and in turn the competent authority is directed to decide the appeal within a period of two months. 6. Looking to the fact that the order of removal was passed way back in the year 2017. 7. With this observation and direction, the instant petition stands disposed of.
