Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 25 of 2025 arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 688 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 127(2), 118(2), 109, 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ramgarh. 3. The petitioner happens to be the mother-in-law of the deceased, Mamta Devi, who was immolated to death in her matrimonial home. 4. Mr. Praveen Shankar Dayal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the witnesses examined during the course of investigation have stated that the petitioner used to reside separately from the deceased and her son. It was further submitted that the deceased had made dying declaration stating that her husband had immolated her. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ramgarh, in connection with S.T.
