Sri Ganesh Paladugu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II, on instructions, submits that as on date no posts of physically challenged were notified and the vacancies that were filled up are other quotas and the case of the Petitioner will be considered as and when quota prescribed for the physically challenged is notified. He also passed on signed instructions. 3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
