Heard Mr. Khulesh Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Santosh Bharat, learned Panel Lawyer for the State/respondents No.1 to 6 as well as Mr. Arvind Prasad, learned counsel for the respondent No.7. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the private land of the petitioner a boundary wall has been erected by the petitioner which has been demolished by the Gram Panchayat- Tedhi, Janpad Panchayat-Saja, District Bemetara, without any lawful reasons. Further, no opportunity of hearing was granted to the petitioner, even the notice for demolition of the boundary wall has also not been given and in an illegal and arbitrary manner the boundary wall erected by the petitioner has been demolished by the Gram Panchayat, which is perse illegal and as such, the petitioner has filed this petition. 3. Learned counsel for the concerned Gram Panchayat – Tedhi, Janpad Panchayat-Saja, District Bemetara is directed to consider 3 the application/representation filed by the petitioner, which he has also filed before the Collector, District – Bemetara, however, it has not been decided. The photographs filed by the petitioner shows that the boundary wall of the petitioner has been demolished by the concerned Gram Panchayat. 4. Be that it may be, The petitioner is directed to file application/representation before the concerned authorities within a period of 15 days along with a copy of this order and inturn all the respondent authorities before whom the petitioner has filed the application against the illegal acts of the Gram Panchayat Tedhi, Janpad Panchayat-Saja, District Bemetara, is directed to consider the same and to decide the application/representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of 30 days. 5. It is made clear the this Court has not made any opinion in the merits of this case and the authority concerned are at liberty to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after taking due care of the documents filed by the petitioner. 6.
