Heard both sides. On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 10.01.2025, the writ petition was disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 03.02.2024 and pass appropriate reasoned orders in accordance with law within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. On that date, it was also requested to further direct the respondent No.6 not to take any coercive steps pursuant to show cause notice dated 21.12.2024 pending disposal 2 of the appeal before respondent No.1. But, due to oversight, it was not reflected in the copy of the final order. Hence, requests this Court to allow the application. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose for the same. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, Para No.6 of the order is modified as follows:- “6. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsels, without touching the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the case at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel. Accordingly, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 03.02.2024, and pass appropriate reasoned orders in accordance with law within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the respondent No.6 is directed not to take any coercive steps pursuant to show cause notice, dated 21.12.2024 pending disposal of the appeal before respondent No.1.” Accordingly, this application is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order of this Court, dated 10.01.2025 and issue fresh corrected order. _________ DR.KMR,J SCS
