The petitioner has filed this writ petition with following prayers: 2 10.1) That, the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to call the entire records pertaining to its case. 10.2) That, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue an appropriate writ by directing the respondent no.1 to 3 for conducting inspection and enquiry against the respondent no. 4 & 5 bank regarding loan sanctioning matters and necessary action should be initiated against the responsible officer of the respondent no. 4 & 5 bank. 10.3) Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.” 2. During course of the arguments, this Court finds that petitioner has an efficacious alternate remedy to file an complaint/application raise the grievance as raised in this writ petition before the appropriate Authority/Forum. 3. In view of above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is hereby dismissed. However, petitioner will be at liberty to file an complaint/application raise the grievance as raised in this writ petition before the appropriate Authority/Forum. CC as per rules.
