JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER The learned counsel for revision petitioner brought to notice of this Court the revision petitioner taken back the entire case papers along with no objection Vakalath to engage the services from some other counsel of her choice and also signature is found in the said retirement memo itself dated 16.08.2022 and when the same is taken back on 16.08.2022, till date not made any arrangements to engage any counsel inspite of no objection Vakalath obtained from the revision petitioner’s counsel. Hence, the counsel for the revision petitioner is permitted to retire. 2. This Court also issued notice to revision petitioner and the same was returned with an endorsement door locked and no need of issuance of Court notice also when the petitioner herself took back the case - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:2969 CRL.RP No. 1437 of 2021 with NOC to engage the counsel on her own choice and I have already pointed out till date not made any effort to engage the other counsel and hence it appears the revision petitioner is not having interest to pursue the matter.
