GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 25203 of 2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of Respondent No.2 in disposing of the petitioners’ representation dt.16.04.2025, seeking compensation for demolition of petitioners house in the land admeasuring Ac.0.02cents in Sy.No.444 of Netaji Nagar, Anantapuramu Town and District, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution and consequently direct the Respondents to dispose the petitioners representation dated 16.04.2025, seeking compensation for arbitrary and illegal demolition of petitioners house in the subject land and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case”. 2. As per the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it indicates that the petitioners land was acquired by the respondent authorities in an extent of Ac.0.02 cents in Survey No.444 of Netaji Nagar, Ananthapuramu Town and District and despite several representations made by the petitioners, the respondent authorities have not paid any compensation to the petitioners herein and one of such representation is dated 16.04.2025. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court that it would suffice to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 16.04.2025 made by the petitioners herein. 3. The learned counsel for the respondents requests some time to secure instructions. 4 4. In similar circumstances, this Court has already delivered one order, dated 04.08.2025 in W.P.No.20007 of 2025 and in terms of the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents to address the representation, dated 16.04.2025 in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of this order. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Office is directed to attach the copy of the order, dated 04.08.2025 passed in W.P.No.20007 of 2025 to this order.
