The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a direction to the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner made vide representation dated 29.09.2020, a copy of which is produced at Annexure-N. 2. In said representation, the petitioner is requesting the Joint Commissioner, BBMP, to remove the illegal wall put up on the BBMP public road leading to - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:8401 WP No. 65 of 2022 Municipal No.14/2 and 14/4 of 1st cross, Byrasandra village, Jayanagara, Bengaluru. 3. Since the petitioner contends that an illegal wall has been put up on the public road, it would be imperative for the Joint Commissioner, BBMP., to consider the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-N and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. It is also open for the 4th respondent to submit its objections to the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
