Learned counsel for the petitioner by way of referring to medical certificate contained in Annexure-2 and 2/1 submits that the petitioner was suffering from typhoid and in view of that the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned Court within the stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the anticipatory bail has already been granted to the petitioner in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered within time. 4. Annexure-2 and 2/1 is a document which suggests that the petitioner was suffering from typhoid and in that view of the matter two weeks further time from today is extended to surrender before the learned Court. 2025:JHHC:36244 --2-- Cr.M.P.
