In view of the fact that the final charge report/challan in terms of the provisions of Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 corresponding to Section 193 of the BNSS stands already filed before the competent Court, this petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the final charge report/challan culminating from the case FIR was registered on false and frivolous grounds, as such, the petitioner shall agitate his defense of innocence before the learned trial Court.
Disposed of.
