The learned advocate for the petitioner is present. This revisional application is made with a prayer that M.C Execution Case No.17 of 2024 arising out of Misc. Case No.267 of 2021 which is pending before the learned 2nd Court of Learned Judicial Magistrate at Chandannagar, Hooghly, be directed to be disposed of it expeditiously. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that although in terms of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate that the opposite party has failed and neglected to pay of Rs.1,12,000/- for which the petitioner-wife has filed M.C Execution Case no.17 of 2024 and the same is pending till today. Upon perusing and considering the materials on record, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping this application pending. Accordingly, this revisional application being CRR 3053 of 2024 is disposed of with a request to the Judicial Magistrate 2nd
2 Court at Chandannagar, Hooghly to dispose of M.C. Execution Case no.17 of 2024 expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the next date fixed without granting unnecessary adjournment. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
