The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025, arising out of Chirkunda P.S. Case No.228 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 86, 115(2), 352, 77/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, Sections 3 / 4 of the D.P. Act and Section 67(A) of the I.T. Act. and Cognizance has been taken under Sections 115(2), 352, 77/3(5) of the B.N.S., Sections 3 / 4 of the D.P. Act and Section 67 of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Cases), Dhanbad. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the informant. It is alleged that the petitioner used to demand Rs.1.00 lakh from her as dowry. Later on, the petitioner went to Dubai for earning his livelihood. It is alleged that while in Dubai, the petitioner has made obscene photographs of the informant viral. It was submitted that no obscene photographs have been produced by the informant to substantiate the allegation. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Cases), Dhanbad, in connection with Cyber P.S.
