Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent No.2 may be directed to afford opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before appointing Mutwalli of Hazrat Baba Sayyad Dargah. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 would submit that they have no objection in granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction that Respondent No.2 shall provide due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before making appointment of Mutwalli of Hazrat Baba Sayyed Dargah and shall proceed in accordance with law/regulation/rules.
