The present application has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Case No.3528 of 2024, State Vs. Mohammad Aaqib and others, under Sections-498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section- 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, as well as cognizance order dated 21.12.2024 at chargesheet no.01 dated 07.09.2024 in pursuance to the FIR being Case Crime No.0064 of 2024, Police Station- Mahila Thana, District-Jhansi, pending before the court of Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C. (CAW), Jhansi, District-Jhansi. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that this matter was referred by this court vide order dated 24.03.2025 to Mediation Centre, High Court, Allahabad, subject to condition of depositing of Rs.25,000/-. Subsequently, the applicants clearly refused to deposit the aforesaid amount but he erroneously deposited the amount in the present case, though, that was required to be deposited by the applicants in pursuance of order dated 18.03.2025 in Application u/s 482 No.3456 of 2025. Therefore, mediation centre may be directed to return that amount and present application may be disposed of accordingly. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, present application is dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 24.03.2025. 5. However, parties are free to apply for bail before the court below. 6. It is further directed that the amount deposited before the Mediation Centre in pursuance of order dated 24.03.2025 passed in the present case be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants.
