Case No. 73 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 76, 78, 79 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih. 3. On 02.08.2025, petitioner alongwith co-accused persons are alleged to have outraged the modesty of the minor daughter of the informant. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2025. 5. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned A.P.P. assisted by Mr. Randhir Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih in connection with Deori P.S.
