Case No. 95 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 96, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda. 3. On 19.08.2024, co-accused Krishnanand Paswan is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with the intention to marry her. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is the father of Krishnanand Paswan. It was further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. 5. Mr. Praful Jojo, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda in connection with Meharma P.S.
