Y BALAJI The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.19602 of 2023 on 18.08.2023, wherein this Court passed the following interim order: “….since the bill amount claimed by the petitioner is an admitted bill, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to release amount of Rs.12,19,280/- to the petitioner within a period of three 93) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.” 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel representing respondent No.2 has furnished a copy of the letter dated 28.02.2025, addressed by the Principal Secretary to the Government, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Finance (FMR.TR&B) Department, informing that the amount payable to the petitioner to a tune of Rs.12,19,280/- has been paid to the petitioner on 27.02.2025, vide RBI0592551406329. Therefore, requested this Court to close the contempt case as the order passed by this Court has been complied with. 3. In view of the fact that the order dated 18.08.2023 in W.P.No.19602 of 2023 passed by this court, has been complied with by the respondents, the Contempt Case is closed.
