The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 90/2025, registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 351(2)(3), 352, 308(2)/3(5) of B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner and that allegation is there against 7-8 persons of demanding more money for entry and exit fee of the bus stand. 4. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that allegations of demanding money are there. 5. Considering that only allegation is made against the petitioner of demanding more money for entry and exit fee of the bus stand, I am inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest of surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in 2025:JHHC:38160 2 P.S.
