The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complain Case (C) No.1637 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 327, 420, 406, 120(B) and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Considering the nature of allegation, which is civil in nature, the matter is remitted back before the learned district court for proceeding afresh by first calling the parties to negotiate outside the court. 4. Both the parties are directed to appear before the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23943 of 2025(3) dt.13-08-2025 2/2 learned district court on 28.08.2025. 5. In the meantime, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in connection with Complain Case No.1637 of 2023 pending before the court of the learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran. 6.
