Case No. 303/2024, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dhanbad. The petitioner was apprehended while he was transporting liquor at Bihar in a stolen vehicle. It was submitted that the petitioner had disclosed the name of the owner of the vehicle. It was further submitted that the petitioner was employed by the owner of the vehicle and he was not aware of the fact that the vehicle which he was driving was a stolen property.
