ORDER:-
The grievance of the petitioners has been adequately addressed by the Nellore Municipal Corporation, having issued an endorsement dated 12.08.2025 whereby the Corporation permitted the tenant to shift his movables and immovable from the seized premises. The premises had been seized on the complaint of the neighboring flat owners. 2. Now that the tenant was granted two weeks time for shifting his movables and other furniture from the saloon, the grievance of the petitioners is adequately addressed by the Nellore Municipal Corporation. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ JUSTICE HARINATH.N Dt: 09.10.2025 SR
