Learned Additional Advocate General apprises the Court that appropriate orders stand passed by the Authority on 17.11.2025 and the petitioners have been allowed the higher pay scale in the concerned level of pay matrix after completion of two years regular service from the due date and the D.D.O. has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners. In light of these developments, these proceedings are closed with the observation that whatever is now due to the petitioners as arrears, be paid to them within a period of three months from today.
