The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 303/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 17(b), 21(b) & 27(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Seraikella. 3. On 05.10.2025 at about 4:50 P.M., Adityapur police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons from Muslim Basti H. Road. On search, 205 grams of brown sugar was recovered from their joint possession. 4. It was submitted that quantum of recovered brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S.
