Justice Rajani Dubey, J Order on Board 22/04/2025 Challenge in this appeal is to the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 13.7.2015 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Pendra Road, Distt. Bilaspur (CG) in ST No.50/2014 convicting the appellant under Section 307 of IPC and sentencing him to undergo RI for 7 years, pay a fine of Rs.200/- and in default to suffer additional 2 RI for 2 months. 02. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sole appellant died way back on 13.7.2020. He has also submitted death certificate of the appellant issued by the competent authority. No application for prosecuting this appeal has been filed by the legal heirs of the deceased appellant. 03. Learned State counsel does not dispute the fact regarding death of the appellant. 04.
