Today, the learned AGA has placed on record true copy of the endorsement dated 19.09.2024 declining to issue saguvali chit. The petitioner has to challenge this endorsement. 3. Since the prayer sought in the captioned writ petition is duly dealt by the Authorities by issuing an endorsement, the captioned writ petition does not survive for consideration. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:281 WP No. 21577 of 2023 Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.
