The instant application has been filed seeking quashing of the summoning order dated 23.12.2011 as well as the order of N.B.W. and the entire proceeding of Complaint Case No. 708 of 2009 (Smt. Dropati vs. Brijlal and others) under Section 420, 467, 468 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun, pending in the court of Judicial Magirtrate, Orai, District Jalaun. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant herein is the property dealer and the middle man with regard to the transaction between the opposite party no.2 and one Ramkali and therefore, when no amount has been received by the applicant in the entire transaction, he has been falsely implicated in the present case. Therefore, learned counsel for the applicant seeks quashing of the entire proceeding of the instant case. 4. Per contra, learned AGA pointed out that the summoning order in the instant case against the applicant herein was passed on 23.12.2011, therefore, the challenge to the said summoning order is after about 14 years by the applicant herein. In view of the aforesaid facts that the summoning order was passed on 23.12.2011 against the applicant and he chosen not to challenge the said summoning order for about 14 years. 5. Therefore at this belated stage, this Court does not find any good reason to entertain the instant application and the same is accordingly dismissed. Order Date :- 7.7.2025 Ashish Pd.
