He prays that he may be allowed to make necessary correction in disposed of writ petition. Further the order dated 09.09.2025 passed in WP(S) No. 4904 of 2025 be corrected accordingly. The respondent/opposite party does not oppose the same. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to make necessary correct in red ink during course of the day in disposed of writ petition giving the reference of this order passed in C.M.P No. 1102 of 2025. Further, in order dated 09.09.2025 passed in WP(S) No. 4904 of 2025, respondent No. 6 i.e. “the District Welfare Officer Chatra” be read as “the District Social Welfare Officer, Chatra”.
