Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grievance of petitioner in the present petition is that the police are not conducting the investigation in Crime No. 58/2025, Lingasamudram Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326(g) r/w, 3(5) of BNS, basing on the complaint dated 20-06-2025. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (3) months from the 4 date of receipt of copy of this Order, if not already filed by this date.
