THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER On perusal of the order sheet, it discloses that on 09.11.2021, reported the death of the respondent and this Court granted time to take steps against the legal representatives of the deceased respondent. Thereafter, on 08.12.2023 27.05.2024 and on 30.07.2024, time was granted to take steps against the legal representatives of deceased respondent. But till date i.e., for a period of three years, steps not taken by the counsel for the petitioner to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent on record. The order sheet also discloses that the petitioner even not complied with the order dated 26.08.2021 wherein this Court suspended the sentence subject to depositing of 50% of the fine amount inclusive - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:692 CRL.RP No. 266 of 2020 of the amount if any already deposited before the Trial Court along with a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with a surety. 2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not cooperating with him. When such being the case, the petition is dismissed for non compliance of order dated 26.08.2021 as well as non-taking of steps against the legal representatives of the deceased respondent.
