Heard on I.A. No.01, an application for condonation of delay in filing the petition. 2. Considering the reasons assigned in the application, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned. 3. Heard on prayer for grant of leave to appeal. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was a business transaction with the respondent/accused regarding supply of the cement and to discharge the aforesaid debt, the respondent/accused issued a cheque, however, it got dishonoured. He submits that the trial Court has wrongly acquitted the accused giving him the benefit of doubt. 5. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the relevant documents annexed with the Petition. 6. On due consideration, leave as prayed for by counsel for the petitioner is granted. 7.
