The petitioner has been made accused in connection with R.I.T. P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 8(c), 21(a), 21(b), 27 of the NDPS Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella. 3. It was submitted that 19.64 grams of brown sugar were recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and co-accused persons. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was finally submitted that the petitioner is not involved in any case of similar nature. 4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella in connection with R.I.T.
