By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 The Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari thereby directing the learned 1st civil judge Class-I, Bilaspur, C.G, to decide as expeditiously as possible the Civil Suit bearing No. 208- A/2022 parties being Amrit Bai Vs. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the limited grievance of the petitioner is that the Civil Suit No. 208-A/2022 has been filed by the plaintiff/petitioner is pending consideration since 23.06.2022. Thus, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to conclude the proceeding of Civil Suit No. 208-A/2022 within a stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Shrivastava, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. First Civil Judge Class-I, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of pending Civil Suit No. 208-A/2022 expeditiously. 5.
